Sam has many years experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing having worked for City law firms prior to joining Dyer Burdett & Co. in 1993, This experience enables her to advise and assist in all aspects of conveyancing work. .

Sam has been a dedicated Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives since 1980.

Day to Day
Sam specifically undertakes:

• Purchase and Sales of Freehold property
• Purchase and Sales of Leasehold property
• Mortgages and remortgages

Outside of the Office
Sam lives locally on Hayling Island and is a cat-lover! She loves “eating out” and visits to the theatre.
