Originally from Northern Ireland, Ruth completed her Law Degree at Dundee University and studied her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the College of Law in York.
She joined the Company in 2001 and with her determination and will to succeed, rapidly rose to a Directorship after qualifying in 2003. Specialising in Commercial Property and SME’s she also manages the Conveyancing Team, working on a number of high profile cases for her clients, whilst also searching for new business opportunities.
Day to Day
Ruth deals with a variety of conveyancing and commercial issues, advising specifically on:
- Commercial Property
- Trading Terms and Conditions
- Business formations, acquisitions and disposals
- Share and asset transactions
- Licensing regulations
- General Commercial work including all matters arising from everyday trading activities
Outside of the Office
Ruth is a self confessed ‘shopaholic’ and has an impressive collection of shoes and handbags - she just can’t say ‘no’ to a good pair of heels!
