Mike Dyer

Mike entered into partnership with the late Robert Burdett to establish Dyer Burdett & Co. in Havant in 1981 and successfully practised as a litigator and advocate. The firm’s subsequent success attracted many commercial clients and he now specialises in serving the firm’s business client’s needs, whether individuals, national or international corporations. In addition, Mike has particular expertise in media law and represents both sports and entertainment celebrities.

Day to Day
Michael deals with all aspects of commercial law, including:

• Company / Partnership acquisitions and sales
• Commercial Contracts
• Commercial Disputes
• E Commerce
• Entertainment and Media Law

Outside of the Office
Michael is a trustee of three charities; Leukaemia Busters, Alpha House Ltd. and the Hampshire Professional Golfers’ Benevolent Association. Unsurprisingly, he regularly enjoys a round of golf, a factor which plays a significant role in his holiday plans. He is a member of Stoneham Golf Club in Southampton.
