Lisa Ellis

Lisa studied at Southampton University and completed her law conversion course at the College of Law in Guildford. She joined Dyer Burdett & Co. in 2004 and was admitted as a Solicitor in November 2006.

Lisa has gained experience across many departments of the practice, supporting the Directors on large cases as well as dealing with her own caseload, including publicly funded work. She has a friendly and approachable manner which is reassuring for those clients who are nervous when dealing with legal professionals.

Day to Day
Lisa has developed a wide range of skills in many areas of law whilst training with the Company:

• Family law, particularly matrimonial and civil disputes
• Personal injury
• Employment law
• Commercial litigation

Outside of the Office
Lisa is the proud owner of a 1972 classic Beetle and regularly attends festivals and gatherings of enthusiasts. She also enjoys football and is an avid supporter of and season ticket holder at Southampton Football Club.
