Ben Holden

Ben gained a degree in History of Politics at the University of London before completing his Legal Practice Course in 2004 at the prestigious College of Law in London.

Prior to his admission as a Solicitor in November 2006 Ben worked across a wide variety of disciplines during his training period and gained detailed knowledge in the areas outlined below. Not content with passing all training examinations to become a Solicitor, he has now applied to become a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners which requires further detailed study and examination.

Ben specialises in the following areas:

• Inheritance Tax
• Wills
• Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Residential Conveyancing

Outside of the Office
Ben has a varied social life, enjoying salsa, Latin and ballroom dancing. He also enjoys playing tennis and is set to undertake two new leisure activities in 2006 - windsurfing and golf!
